These years of socio-political instability coupled with the weakening of the state apparatus, have left several cases of girls and women raped and vulnerable, abandoned for lack of occupations. The feminine gender is no longer respected. The conflicts that began from 1996 to 2012 followed massive displacement of populations for which girls and women were victims of several forms of violence leading to vulnerabilities of the latter. In addition, this has led to the destruction of basic social infrastructure, an increase in the poverty of families, which considerably reduces the access of girls and women victims to basic social services, especially coaching in self-employment skills training. in charge.
